A lovely old country cottage sits on a hillside in the beautiful countryside of Western Australia's south west. A lone cow grazes in the adjacent pastures. I was inspired also by the lead-in track and overhanging gum trees on either side. A moderately textured landscape spontaneously painted using a palette knife.
Artist quality oil paint on professional grade stretched canvas. The sides are 4cm thick and are painted consistent with the color scheme of the subject.
