These beautiful, old country homes have always been a favorite subject of mine. The surrounding trees,gardens,farm animals and fence posts all add charm and interest to the subject. Unfortunately though, many of these old homes are slowly disappearing throughout the countryside. It is therefore, my intention to paint them in oil on canvas so their characteristic charm can be forever remembered. A textured landscape spontaneously rendered using mainly palette knife.
