I wanted to depict the finer details of an ocean's foaming. The intense swerving of unsettle water and the subtle waves and their miniature emotions.

Michael Sarkis is a visual artist based in Sydney, he stepped forward into his independent artistic career in 2020. Although focused on painting in his early years, Sarkis is expanding throughout other practices of sculpture, installation and digital art. He briefly studied a bachelor of fine arts at UNSW, but chose to focus on his working life and expanding his artistic individuality. Michael is deeply motivated by aesthetics of minimalism, while also pursuing realistic and hard edge styles.
