Artwork Description

"Mornings at Beares Beach, Bermagui" was inspired by our short break along the south coast of NSW in May. Our morning skies sometimes put on a colourful and exciting show early in the mornings. Beares Beach in Bermagui is a stunning stretch of coast with many rocks above the ocean waves. One could also say Life's a Beach when looking at the ocean, the sky, the seagulls as well as the dogs living as best they can either chasing the waves or the seagulls.
Original painting created in June 2026. Signed on the front. Ready to hang.
Professional Artist quality Acrylics on premium stretched canvas, painting continued around the sides.
Styled scene, hanging and in situ setting is for display purposes only and is not to scale. Just to give you an idea of how this south coast beach may look on your wall.
Finished with Satin spray varnish for protection.
Signed Certificate of Authenticity is included.
Free Shipping.

Artist Bio

Monika Scheffler is a Sydney based visual artist who specialises in acrylic and watercolour paintings. She was hooked for life in 2012, when she started participating in various courses to this day, either online, in classrooms and workshops.
Monika draws inspiration from nature and captures its beauty in her realistic to impressionistic style. Her artworks can feature delicate details, expressive brushstrokes and vibrant colours. Her goal is to bring joy and peace to the viewer through her natural landscapes and floral art.
Monika has exhibited her paintings in several group art shows, online platforms as well as a gallery in collaboration with another artist and has won several awards along the way, receiving positive feedback from critics and collectors alike. Some of her notable works include “Blue Mountains – Three Sisters”, “Govetts Leap Blue Mountains”, “Flower Power”, “Manly Ferry Ride at Sunset” and “Autumn Sunshine”.
For this year, in response to the world around us, Monika has set her sights to creating more impressionistic floral artworks, incorporating her love of colours as well as honing her skills with soft pastels after having participated in a workshop in recent times amidst finalising projects she began last year.
