I am so lucky to live at the foothills of the Blue Mountains National Park, being always inspired by the natural beauty of landscapes around us, this is one of the best to visit and be inspired. There's been many a time where we have just gone for a drive up the mountains at different times of the year, to visit the gardens, various lookouts around Katoomba and Blackheath, or just to breathe in the fresh cool mountain air. One feels so refreshed having spent some time in the fresh air, taken over by wanderlust, listening to the various birds or noticing smaller animals, all in all just food to replenish the soul. So far the majority were created with Watercolours followed by Acrylics and Oils, all using artist quality mediums. Due to some health issues I haven't actually been able to visit this rugged and stunning region for a long time. Can't wait to get out there sooner or later. Love those exposed rugged cliffs glowing softly in sunshine.
