I am constantly drawn beneath piers, the converging lines is what attracts me. Some structures are balanced and uniformed whilst others are not. The lines however remain the same as they get closer and closer together. Beneath the pier at Point Lonsdale was a challenge due to the rocky floor beneath the water, with tripod on uneven ground I advanced deeper and deeper into the water until the rocks beneath my feet were no longer visible. This allowed for a smooth flow of water, after many visits to Point Lonsdale I was finally very happy with the end result.
Framed in black includes black matte board with 42cm x 63cm window and 68cm x 96cm frame ready to hang.
