This steampunk themed pinto pony was inspired by a visit to the Ironfest festival where I was captivated by the creativity and wonderment of the movement influenced strongly by the industrial revolution.

She began her career drawing Licenced characters for a leading Toy manufacturer and designing and creating style guides for ABC Children's Television Department. Her freelance work led her to private and commercial commissions mainly of a mythical nature. With a bank of images she created her own set of Inspirationa lCards designed to assist others with their own creativity. Nicolee also teaches children and adults drawing and painting from her home in Oakville and from the School of Arts in Penrith. Her work took a new direction in 2014 when she entered the Archibald Portrait prize and was selected as a finalist with her portrait of Rugby League Legend Fui Fui Moi Moi however her passion lies with animal portraits and is available for commission work.
