Breathe by Olga Megele
Inspired by pristine oceans this piece has texture and luminosity. In this painting I used built up the surface with an impasto medium and sweeping gestures to capture the organic nature of the sea. A truly beautiful piece which would be a lovely statement piece in any room.

The sides are painted in a wrap around style which makes framing optional.

Olga's style varies from realism to abstraction. Her paint application is like handwriting, bold and confident. Each piece is a journey. She asks questions of herself and the viewer. The work delves into spaces that you forgot about, it clutches your heart just so that it can simply caress it and then carefully release it back to you. Olga is searching for a connection with her audience.
With degrees in Visual Art and Education, Olga continues to hone her skills with her prolific output. She is an active member of several art societies and exhibits widely.
Olga's work is held in private collections throughout Australia and in the USA.
