Lion Heart

Lion Heart was inspired by an incredible sculpture that I saw on the main street of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Certain life challenges mean that I need to be 'lion-hearted', brave and strong like the lion. Sometimes I feel a little battled by life just like the original lion who has been beaten and shaped in his formation. Perhaps we are all a bit like that?

Olga's style varies from realism to abstraction. Her paint application is like handwriting, bold and confident. Each piece is a journey. She asks questions of herself and the viewer. The work delves into spaces that you forgot about, it clutches your heart just so that it can simply caress it and then carefully release it back to you. Olga is searching for a connection with her audience.
With degrees in Visual Art and Education, Olga continues to hone her skills with her prolific output. She is an active member of several art societies and exhibits widely.
Olga's work is held in private collections throughout Australia and in the USA.
