The Magic Night

I was struck while driving home by a most magnificent and wondrous sunset. So much so that I had to pull over and do a quick sketch, noting the colours and my reaction to the scene. This is the result. Abstracted lights, emotional placement and expressionistic tendencies all meet here in this very beautiful piece.

Olga's style varies from realism to abstraction. Her paint application is like handwriting, bold and confident. Each piece is a journey. She asks questions of herself and the viewer. The work delves into spaces that you forgot about, it clutches your heart just so that it can simply caress it and then carefully release it back to you. Olga is searching for a connection with her audience.
With degrees in Visual Art and Education, Olga continues to hone her skills with her prolific output. She is an active member of several art societies and exhibits widely.
