Artwork Description

This painting has fully painted edges and the need for an external frame is completely your choice .

I live on or near the water. Have all my life.
Sailing boats are something I see nearly every day.

While we were fishing the other afternoon there was a sailing regatta, and two of the yachts came close to us and we could hear the yelling of the crews trying to get as much speed out of each yacht as possible.
As they sailed past us my fishing buddy said "And the winner is " meaning, he wonders which yacht would win.
Well that was enough to get my over active mind working and this painting is the result. In my abstract perspective I tried to capture the two yachts racing.
Hope you like it.

The painting is 91 cm wide 122 cm high and 4 cm deep.
It is finished in a gloss varnish that enhances the colour and protects the paint.

It is wired ready to hang and on the back is a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
