Artwork Description

Me on a good day, is me having a bit of fun.
I enjoy being different. No future in running with the pack, so they say,

The face is the guy in the mirror some times.

The painting is in a mixed media style. Starting with a textured coating, then engraving the back ground finishing with the face.

Not wanting the whole face but concentrating on the WTF eyes.

The painting is 91 cm wide and 60 cm high and 4 cm deep. It weighs approximately 2.5 Kgs.

It is wired ready to hang.
On the back is a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Artist Bio

Patrick has lived on the Central Coast of New South Wales for over 60 years. His work reflects parts of his life with a bold and vibrant colour palette.

His introductory works were mainly contemporary in nature, consisting of lively acrylics on a wildly textured bases. The assortment of bases gives Patrick’s work depth, while the bulk and shadow lines bolster the pieces character.

As Patrick’s work is evolutionary his latest style remains contemporary , however he also uses various acrylics in fluid states to produce a mixture of abstract colours and shapes.

Most of Patrick’s inspiration comes from the everyday world around him and his family. He enjoys the challenge of mastering different techniques, which will continue to enhance his future works. His art works are all original.

Every one of Patrick's paintings has a special story attached to it, and they are all very personal to him. Patrick's art has been sold to collectors internationally and nationally.
