Cozy

In this painting, I positioned the viewer inside a warm interior, looking out through a window into a snowy night. The cool blues and soft grays of the winter landscape contrast with the golden glow of candlelight indoors, creating a quiet sense of intimacy. I used impasto and directional brushstrokes to suggest falling snow and bare trees, while keeping the interior richer and heavier in texture. The interplay of light and shadow allows warmth to gently unfold within the stillness of winter.
