When creating this painting, I wanted to express a sense of quiet intimacy within a vibrant and chaotic world. The upper part of the composition is built with energetic, fragmented brushstrokes and scattered colors, suggesting city lights, falling leaves, and the movement of time.
At the center of the deep blue water, two white swans rest together, becoming the emotional focus of the painting. I intentionally allowed the surroundings to remain almost abstract while keeping the swans luminous and recognizable, guiding the viewer toward a moment of calm.
Using layered paint, palette-knife textures, and dripping techniques, I allowed light and color to flow freely across the canvas, creating a dreamlike atmosphere where reflection, movement, and memory blend together.
