Finish - I paint with semi-gloss mediums, so my work has a natural, subtle sheen to it. I avoid gloss varnish. I want my paintings to be seen from all aspects. If I feel the piece needs a sealer I will add that but I don't want my images getting lost behind reflections. I want the images to show the depth and variation of their layers.
STRETCHING & FRAMING
I give my collectors the chance to purchase my paintings unstretched. This gives you the option to take advantage of Bluethumb’s framing or go with unstretched if you want to keep costs down.
