DANCING RIBBONS, our new series exploring emotionally engaging movement through broad, continuous and interweaving gestures.

Rich sweeps of burnished gold, bronze, charcoal and black curl, overlap and move across the canvas. Fine brush striations remain visible within each broad gesture, adding texture and creating subtle shifts in colour and light

At two metres wide, Dancing Dreams in Burnished Gold has a strong architectural presence while its restrained metallic palette remains sophisticated and highly liveable.
The painting changes beautifully with its surroundings—appearing deeper and moodier in subdued light, then revealing warmer gold and bronze highlights as the light moves across its surface. We demonstrate this transition in the closeups-- same area of the painting in different light!

Using our signature “scientartist” approach, we develop and refine our own paint combinations to create depth, cellular detail and organic flow that cannot be replicated. Each piece is the result of both experimentation and control — where art and process meet.
