This painting is an endless discovery of patterns and interest with layers of colour creating a depth through Pete's signature Mosaic Method! "Deep Sands" is a contrast of tonal metallic copper , and metallic rose gold and gold colours creating an impressionistic view of a sandy dune .
The metallic lines of gold, pearl, rose gold and white gold glisten with the changing light. Bright light... low light... "Deep Sands" has a changing personality with each!!! No matter the light, the closer you get to the painting the more of the interesting details and patterns you can see.
