One of Chrissy's favourites from my Face Series...
The background is a soft combination of pastel colours that I have blended harmoniously into each other. The drips add another dimension and a textured surface which you can see when you enlarge the main photo. (your cursor on that page should have a magnifying glass with a + sign in it --click on the image and it will get very large and allow you to have a very close look!)
As with all in this series, there is a "tatoo" on her neck... this one is the symbol for dream.
I have never been satisfied with painting one thing, one style, one way so you will find our portfolio a mixture of mediums, styles and subjects! This piece is glossed and is signed on the side with our "angel heart" symbol on the front and pete+chrissy on the side,. The sides are painted so the painting looks great hung stretched without a frame.
