One of Chrissy's favourites from my Face Series...
The background is a soft combination of pastel colours that I have blended harmoniously into each other. The drips add another dimension and a textured surface which you can see when you enlarge the main photo. (your cursor on that page should have a magnifying glass with a + sign in it --click on the image and it will get very large and allow you to have a very close look!)
As with all in this series, there is a "tatoo" on her neck... this one is the symbol for dream.
I have never been satisfied with painting one thing, one style, one way so you will find our portfolio a mixture of mediums, styles and subjects! If you see a painting you like but would like something slightly different, let use know. This piece is glossed and is signed on the side with our "angel heart" symbol on the front and pete+chrissy on the side,. The sides are painted so the painting looks great hung stretched without a frame.
