Hiding Nemo

Whilst scuba diving giant Kelp beds you see marine life darting in and out "Hiding Nemo" is my impression of these memories ,created in ink on a scale that replicates swimming through these marine wonderlands. By the way, if you are wondering why "hiding Nemo”... it's because he's hiding in the kelp and perhaps if you see a few bubbles, you will know where he is hiding!

I love working with inks! Wow! Each work is a collaboration with the universe! Some I can control, the rest is just the magic of the medium. The final product is always enchanting and this piece does not disappoint.
"Hiding Nemo" has incredible depth and mystery in the flowing combination of turquoise, teal, blue with touches of green. I layered the colours and shapes and I love that in different light, the colours and the mood changes.It can be hung either horizontal or vertical and still have great impact.
The energy of the artwork in person is far more impactful than what you see on the screen. It's vibrancy and motion will easily lift a room (and your spirits!)!!!

The edges of "Hiding Nemo" are a continuation of the painting with the canvas on the back finished and trimmed neatly so can be simply stretched and looks great or add a frame for extra pop.
