The painting looks great on both dark and light walls.
It's been years since I've ridden a horse, but both Chrissy and I love horses. How could we not?
When I decided to venture in to the abstract genre, I chose horses as my subjects for a series. Only two of that series remain.... I had a lot of fun playing with colours and blocking in a way that gave the horse action. This piece features shade of blue, yellow-gold-orange and red. Make sure to check out the video to see the texture and foil closeup.
We always have the sides be part of the completed piece and in this case, all four sides are painted so that this can be hung without framing. Or add a float frame at checkout!
I have never been satisfied with painting one thing, one style, one way so you will find our portfolio a mixture of mediums, styles and subjects!
