Sands of Time" is a chameleon! no matter the room or the colour wall, horizontal or veritcal, this painting is a standout!! And different light changes the colours! See the last two photos as an example!
Please note that "Sands of Time" has just been finished so still needs to varnished , so there might be a slight delay of five days for the varnishing process.
We often have inspiration when creating these paintings but we are more thrilled when our clients see something that is meaningful to them... For us, we were inspired by the contrasting colours that flow so beautifully together and reflect the colours of nature and the earth.
This painting is an endless discovery of patterns and interest with layers of colour creating a depth through Pete's signature Mosaic Method and chrissy's signature Peacock Points!
"Sands of Time" is a contrast of tonal metallic copper and various metallic rose gold, white gold, beonze colours yet still reflecting the colours of nature and the outback!
The metallic lines glisten with the changing light. With many of our artworks, the canvas and/or our techniques create different textures! All part of the discovery when viewing our paintings!
The energy of the artwork in person* is far more impactful than what you see on the screen. It's vibrancy and motion will easily lift a room (and your spirits!)!!!
