This original, one of a kind painting is an endless discovery of patterns and interest with layers of colour creating a depth through Pete's signature Mosaic Method!
"Reef Shallows" is a contrast of tonal sandy colours, blues and mauves, peach colours creating an impressionistic view of a coastline viewed from above with ocean passages cutting through the earhty tonal landscape.
The metallic blues glisten like light dancing on the water and inlays of lines of deep gold, yellow gold and white gold create amazing interest, depth and intrigue..
We have tried to take photos that portray the varied looks of the painting. buthe energy of the artwork in person* is far more impactful than what you see on the screen. It's vibrancy and motion will easily lift a room (and your spirits!)!!!
