This piece is an endless discovery of patterns and interest with layers of colour creating a depth through Pete's signature Mosaic Method! "Fire & Ice" is a contrast of tonal Blues and Aquamarine colours. Popping inlays of Gold , Copper and Bronze that catch the light and create a visual interest (depending on the light the hues range from deep red to rust to orange thus the name fire!) . One interesting note is that even in low light the painting takes on a whole new look making it multidimensional. We have shown the closeups with the copper colour in a brighter light.
The energy of the artwork in person* is far more impactful than what you see on the screen. It's vibrancy and motion will easily lift a room (and your spirits!)!!!
