Big Sky#2

This is my impression of the expansive blue sky in the South West of Western Australia. I tried to express the hugeness of the country sky and the beautiful white clouds contrasting with the earth colours of the land.

I am largely a self taught artist. Drawing and Painting have followed me through my life. I am influenced by Hockney, Matisse, Katz and Uta Wohlfarth amongst others. I hope to get as many of my paintings on walls as I can. I paint places, things and people around me and images my mind captures. My style is simplistic and naive. I hope you enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoy creating them.
