Houses and People

This painting shows the houses and people living around me. I included various types of houses, Federation, European style and new houses and the types of people living in them. One of the couples is my wife and me. It is a bright, cheerful and happy painting to brighten a wall. It is painted in my naive style.

I am largely a self taught artist. Drawing and Painting have followed me through my life. I am influenced by Hockney, Matisse, Katz and Uta Wohlfarth amongst others. I hope to get as many of my paintings on walls as I can. I paint places, things and people around me and images my mind captures. My style is simplistic and naive. I hope you enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoy creating them.
