Artwork Description

This painting is the second of the series I created with the boy in the Golden Boat. Here he is sailing across the sea looking up at the stars wondering where his life will take him. It is a whimsical image my mind captured. I think this painting would suit any room as it inspires thought.The gold contrasts nicely with the Prussian blue sky and the stars in the sky.

I am largely a self taught artist. Drawing and Painting have followed me through my life. I am influenced by Hockney, Matisse, Katz and Uta Wohlfarth amongst others.
