The Tulip Players

My mind caught this image and I tried to put it down in paint. It is a whimsical image of two tulip players in the tulip field. The sky is beautiful sunset. The two men are playing music through the tulips. It is a happy, colourful and unique image. It is bright and I believe it would catch the viewer's eye.

I am largely a self taught artist. Drawing and Painting have followed me through my life. I am influenced by Hockney, Matisse, Katz and Uta Wohlfarth amongst others. I hope to get as many of my paintings on walls as I can. I paint places, things and people around me and images my mind captures. My style is simplistic and naive.
