The design is not inspired by anything, but the first mark made on the screen. This will influence the next mark, and so on. This is mostly how I approach all my work, painting, drawing, and computer printmaking.

I have only ever attended part time classes in sculpture with Paul Beedle, and Bruce Copping, and painting, and design with Brian Cowley, at the Newcastle Technical College (Tafe, now). For many years, I ran my own printing business, where I specialised in print orders for galleries, and other educational bodies. Work, that needed care in it's design.
I have had several One Man, and Three Man exhibitions, and exhibited regularly with the vonBertouch Galleries, in Newcastle. The Newcastle Regional Art Gallery, has one of my works in its collection.
