The Yuraygir National Park along Australia's East Coast is an untouched stretch of beautiful coastline which provides alot of inspiration for my painting.
Long stretches of clean sand beaches are broken by rugged Headlands and coves, with rockpools and fingers of rock holding the ocean at bay. The painting captures the moment a wave spills into a rocky pool. A big swell carries in another surging wave ready to repeat the process.
