A path winds its way from the foreground following a trace of what could be a creek bed, which travels through a layered landscape where it eventually meets a pass through distant mountains. Influences from current events and news are imbued into the painterly layers of loose brushwork and expressive marks within this painting. There are light passages that remind you of the good things and there must also be shadows to make it shine all the more. A mysterious structure hovers in the distant hills. Unframed, ready to hang with wire across the back.
