Reading Dark Emu by Bruce Pascoe increased my understanding of Aboriginal Australia. The least I could do was to paint a scene depicting some of the fish traps that have survived for centuries in this ancient land.
This piece comes with an external frame. Archivally framed using Museum quality rag mat board, UV acrylic and Mountain Ash with Natural Wax finish.

Diploma Fine Arts, Prahran CAE 1976 under Jeff Makin and Vic Majzner. Postgraduate Diploma, 1982 at Philip Institute of Technology under Betty Churcher. 1977....Artist in Residence at The Karolyi Foundation, Vence France (Through the Australia Council). A year spent travelling in Europe. 2017.....Set up The Left Bank Studio/Gallery in Castlemaine, Victoria. One person shows, 2019 and 2022.
