I don’t often like what I produce. But this is an absolute ripper. The spontaneity combining the assorted materials along with the freedom of the lines result in a visual treat. Loose, but tight. Colourful but restrained. The quote…..Labour of Memory is taken from Richard Flanagan’s new book……Question 7, where every now and again simple sentences send the hairs on my arms standing up. In a way, this piece comes close. Yet, I’ve always suspected writers to be more talented………..;
