This piece is my response to the memory of Karumba… well renowned for its low tides and spectacular skies. Once witnessed, never forgotten. This painting belongs to my latest series "Treasure Hunting" An homage to the vastly varying region of Far North and Central Queensland. The collection asks the viewer to look closer, not for gold and riches but to find the beauty that surrounds us in our own back yard
