I started this creation by applying left over paint & glazes (from other projects over the last couple of weeks) to my chosen canvas.
Sticking to a limited colour palette I applied a couple of layers of stencils using acrylic paint and some of my stencils (designed and created by me) along with a couple of honeycomb patterned ones.
With my imagination in full swing I used negative space painting technique to create my wooded scene for my tree nymph to fly around, along with my nymph.
To keep Tree Nymph's look soft canvas sides white.
This mystical, magical piece would look especially delightful in a child's bedroom or nursery.
