SPRING IN MY HEART

This is an original large oil over acrylic on canvas painting with a Pop Art and Street Art influence. It's part of the ongoing project called "HEART MATTERS". The painting is bright, cheerful, and romantic, and was inspired by springtime and new beginnings. It's dedicated to Love and Lovers of All times and All nations around the globe. It has been created using the impasto technique with heavy builds of brushes and pallet knives. The edges of the painting are covered with archival white linen tape for a clean contemporary look. The painting doesn't need framing as it's already stretched on a wooden frame and ready to hang. It is signed on the front and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. The painting uses master-quality material, and the technique of using oil over acrylic allows for achieving the brightness of colors and richness of texture.

Ruslan Khais is a Philadelphia-based artist working predominantly in the genre of Abstract Landscape.
Not restricting himself to a single style, Khais freely moves into more representational or purely abstract works that, at times, merge into Surrealism. The French Impressionists and artists of the Hudson River School are his main influences and inspiration.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Khais has participated in numerous group shows and solo exhibitions. He's also received awards from the Philadelphia Sketch Club, PAFA Alumni Association, Berks County Art Alliance, Berman Museum, the Vermont Studio Center, and others. His work is also held in several corporate and private collections.
