Hand signed and editioned with a signed certificate of authenticity, this print is sold unframed for easy shipping and will arrive wrapped in tissue and rolled in a study mailing tube. About the artwork:
This painting features a pair of my signature stylised black cockatoos in a lovely pared back colour palette of grey blues and earth pinks/terracotta. I love to paint our unique Australian flora and fauna in gouache and watercolour on beautiful thick textured papers. I use calligraphy brushes varying the paint consistency from watery washes to opaque line work - my intention is to create flow and movement within the work.
