I am drawn to plants and flowers and love to describe them in paint. My still life works range from detailed oil paintings of the still life set ups I create in my studio, to stylised watercolours of botanicals foraged from my daily walks. I am equally interested in the magnified stalks and refraction of a glass vessel of water as the blooms themselves. I also cannot resist a West German ceramic vase or two!
