I love to paint flowers of all types but there is something special about the combination of flowers and water. The idea of a delicate bloom floating like a feather on water offers so many opportunities to achieve a piece of mystery and beauty. Waterlilies are a subject that I return to repeatedly and something that I will never tire of trying to capture the variety of beauty and inspiration they offer.
