I painted 'Resilience' with reference to a photograph that I took after the bushfires in 2019. It depicts the amazing resilience of Native Australian gum forests after being subjected to insane temperatures and conditions. This highlights the idea that nature will always be able to withstand and bounce back from natural disasters better than our man made world.
