SeEun works in the picturesque Dandenong Ranges, drawing much of her inspiration from the region’s stunning trees and natural surroundings. Her artwork envelops with the seasons ; in summer, she finds herself inspired by seascapes, while in spring, her focus shifts to the vibrant beauty of blooming flowers. As an abstract artist, SeEun specialises in creating cheerful designs that perfectly complement modern interior decor. While her preferred medium is acrylic paint, she also enjoys experimenting with watercolors.
Born in South Korea, SeEun fell in love with Australia’s landscape and people during a holiday visit.
She draws inspiration from her Korean heritage, particularly her uncle, a renowned artist in Korea. Deeply proud of her cultural roots and its rich history, SeEun often weaves elements of Korean culture into her artwork. Through her pieces, she aims to highlight the struggles and resilience of the Korean people.
