The title of this painting, "Time too fast" comes from a line in a haiku poem. The poem itself was about the movement of the sun across a garden, casting shadows and reminding a couple of lovers that their time together was short and getting shorter. I have taken the one line and reflected on the passage of time on a much grander scale, on the evidence of this in the natural environment, on what it tells us about our place...or moment...in this continuum of time. This painting is framed in a beautiful reclaimed timber floating frame by Mulbury Galley and is ready to hang.
