Loving Each Day (Framed)

We all know some days are better than others. Life has a habit of getting in the way of our best laid plans. When I'm feeling overwhelmed I try to shift focus and find the light that leads to hope...consciously choosing to find at least one thing I loved about that day. Some days it's easy - some days it's just all too hard, but each day I'm determined to find what I'm loving each day.

This pretty artwork is inspired by these thoughts, and reminds me of all the things I love about days at the coast in Summer - it instils hope and healing, light and love. So on the days when I'm finding it hard to find that one thing to love, I only have to look to artworks like these that inspire and encourage me, to keep going.

I hope it inspires and encourages you to find what you're loving about each day too.

Created with palette knives on 12 oz stretched polycotton canvas, this is framed beautifully in a solid handcrafted Beech timber frame. It is satin varnished and comes with a COA.

Sharon Rynehart is an impressionist palette knife artist widely recognised for her flowing, expressive style of the sea, land and sky. A former Interior Designer and Colour Consultant, Sharon had health issues a while ago that saw her turn to painting for therapy and healing. Transforming her creative practice into what she now calls ‘heartwork’; emotive, hope-fuelled pieces inspired by faith, connective memory and experience, and the beauty of our Australian coastlines and landscapes. Sharon uses her background in colour theory to create original artworks with beautiful colour harmonies that allow you to reflect on your own story; to finish the train of thought, to remember a time or place, and to explore and feel the emotions they instill. Artworks that are relatable, that invite you to reflect, force an exhale, evoke a sense of calm…and bring you hope.

Sharon enjoyed recent success as a Finalist in Art to Art’s acclaimed “Unearthed” Art Prize, and has been fortunate to have several of her artworks featured on Channel 9’s “The Block” TV show. She has also had pieces featured in Grand Designs Australia Magazine. Sharon has gallery representation in both Brisbane and Melbourne and apart from these galleries, her works can be viewed in person tri-annually at the Affordable Art Fairs in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

Now widely collected both in Australia and Internationally, Sharon’s pieces continue to resonate with many, inspiring calm and connection through an uplifting sense of place and emotion. They are a reminder to always look for light and hope…no matter the trials and challenges we all face.
