Despite storms that threaten, rains that come, waves that break, and strong winds that seek to destroy...the coast endures. If we consider the coast a metaphor for life and the journey we're all on, then this artwork captures it all.

We all fight battles. We all face hardships, trials, and challenges at some point. Some more than others. That's certainly me. But the coast gives me hope. Here I am reminded of persistence, strength, resilience, and endurance. Here, on a quiet breezy beach I wrap myself in a blanket against the elements, and sit and ponder life. Here, despite the storms that threaten, I find hope to keep going...and the strength to endure.

Created with palette knives on 12 oz stretched cotton canvas, this emotive yet calming beachscape is framed in a solid Tas Oak timber frame, and has been satin varnished to preserve it's archival integrity for many years to come. It will come with a COA.
