Board in hand? No worries! Getting across the estuary to the surf is easier when you can just paddle over. Hmmmm, if only it was that easy with life...
We'd all love to be able to survey challenges in front of us - and the obstacles in our way - and then have such an easy solution to get past them to a happier place. Some days all we can do is grab our boards, and hang on as we ride whatever waves come our way.
This beautiful emerald green seascape depicting a surfer in reflection at the estuary edge with the waiting ocean beyond, lifts my sprits and fills me with hope. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the tide to shift, but there's always a way across.
Created with palette knives on 450gsm stretched polycotton canvas, and framed in a beautiful solid Oak frame, however there is a white timber option available as well. Send me a message if you’d prefer the white otherwise Oak will be the standard. This coastal landscape comes satin varnished and with a COA.
Thank you for pausing to consider "The Way Across". I hope it inspires and encourages you as it does me.
NB: While every effort is made to capture the true colours and details of my artwork, every screen is different and art viewed online does not do my work justice. Slight differences may be evident between a screen image and the true tone and textures of my work, which is more vivid and beautiful in reality. Scale may also be slightly off due to the insitu art app used, so please ensure you measure your space.
