Brett Whiteley house

With the wet weather lingering, every sunny day is precious as gold. A sunny weekend is never a relaxing sleep till noon weekend for me :) Got up early and went to my favourite spot. It’s hard to do plein air in the golden hours of the early morning and late afternoon as the sun moves so fast but I just love how the first ray of sun lights up the beautiful white tower of Brett Whiteley house and cast lovely shadows on the wall. The half moon gradually receded behind the tree. Birds jumping around the blooming pride of madeiras. An Indian lady came to the little shrine in Wendy’s garden for a morning pray. She loved this painting so much that she wanted to buy it. She didn’t but it’s still a lovely compliment :)
