Morning in Georges Head

Wonderful morning spent painting at George’s heights. As if worried that I feel lonely, all the morning birds came to keep me company. First a family of magpies, then a rainbow lorikeet couple, a cockatoo joined me when they left. A group of I don’t know how many noisy miners jumped around behind me busy discussing who I would put in the painting. I didn’t intend to put any bird in but I was so amused by my bird companions, I put in the kookaburra who visited me last and stayed still the longest 😂 So much fun to be outside enjoying this beautiful view of the city with these feathered friends 😊
