Parriwi Paradise

I was on my way to Chinamans beach for some plein air, and was attracted by this gorgeous view on the way. So I stopped and set up right beside the road. Love the house with an Italian terracotta roof against the turquoise water. I have only worked out my composition and started the first wash. Some dark clouds rolled in and followed by a quick shower. I ducked into the car and enjoyed the rain, which only lasted ten minutes. Then clear sky again! I love Sydney weather, even the rainy days 😂 A gentleman stopped by and chatted. It turns out he is the designer and proud owner of the lovely house I was painting! The fun of plein air 😎
