Red house with jacaranda

Hunter hill is always on my list of place to visit in the jacaranda season and this is my secret spot that not many people notice. The view is gorgeous and I almost always have the place to myself. This time while I was painting, a father and a little girl wearing a pink top with a unicorn walked by. The father told me jacaranda is the little girl’s favourite. I smiled and told the girl “it’s mine as well”. We had a bit chat and they walked away. But the girl walked back soon and asked are you an artist? I said yes, then she continued to tell me how nice my painting is. Such a sweet moment. These lovely encounters and the smell of the fragrance of flowers, chirping of the birds just keep me painting en plein air 😍
