Artwork Description

There used to be an empty holiday house backing on to our yard. No fence, so easy for the local kids to sneak over occasionally and zip around on the Hills Hoist. No one really minded until the day the 40 year old laundry line gave up the ghost and keeled over. You've never seen kids run so fast! Edges painted white but I'm happy to continue the painting around the edges if you like. Signed on the back

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to just leave some previous works available here as prints only. No originals. It is unfortunately no longer financially viable to try and sell original work on this site when my returns after two recent increases in commission from BT, increases in shipping, material costs etc mean my actual proceeds from a sale are quite small. Thanks to my collectors and followers these past years. I wish you all the very best.
