Balancing Act

Living near one of NSW best surfing beaches, I'm often drawn to compositions involving the locals and tourists alike. The rock formations always remind me a bit of a Dali painting- like they're melting into each other. Out of the hundreds and hundreds of figurative paintings I've done over the years, I think she's in my top three favourites. Edges painted white but happy to continue the painting with wrapped edges if requested. Lightly varnished for protection.

Artist Statement
After painting as a full time artist for the past 15 years, I've decided to just leave some previous works available here as prints only. No originals. It is unfortunately no longer financially viable to try and sell original work on this site when my returns after two recent increases in commission from BT, increases in shipping, material costs etc mean my actual proceeds from a sale are quite small. Thanks to my collectors and followers these past years. I wish you all the very best.
